Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  was ordered wrong and sent back.  The cover returned with some blemishes and scratches.  All of this is purely cosmetic and won't affect the function.

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
